REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Ryan Shaw Holdings Pty Ltd T/A Camoroll (ABN: 64 684 293 383) ("Camoroll", "we", "our" or "us") is committed to providing quality products and complying with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

This Refund & Returns Policy explains your rights when purchasing products from Camoroll.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in this Policy excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If you receive:

  • a damaged product;
  • a faulty product;
  • an incorrect product; or
  • a product that is not as described,

please contact us as soon as reasonably practicable at operations@camoroll.com.au.

We may request photographs or further information to help assess the issue.

Where required under the Australian Consumer Law, we will provide an appropriate remedy, including a repair, replacement or refund.

Change of Mind Returns

As Camoroll sells hygiene products, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind once products have been opened or used.

If you change your mind before opening or using your products, please contact us.

At our discretion, we may accept a return where:

  • the products are unopened;
  • the products remain in their original packaging;
  • the products are in a resaleable condition;
  • proof of purchase is provided; and
  • the return is requested within 30 days of delivery.

Return postage for change of mind purchases is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

Products That Cannot Be Returned

Unless required under the Australian Consumer Law, we cannot accept returns for:

  • products that have been opened or used;
  • products damaged through misuse or abnormal use;
  • gift cards;
  • clearance or final sale items clearly identified as non-returnable; or
  • products returned without prior contact with us.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please email operations@camoroll.com.au.

Please include:

  • your order number;
  • your name;
  • a description of the issue; and
  • photographs where relevant.

Please do not send products back until we have provided return instructions.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method wherever possible.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
